Join us at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville on September 7-10, 2025 for our annual Fall Conference and Annual General Meeting.
Some highlights of this year’s conference include:

Keynote speakers:
Peter Katz, a Juno Award- and Canadian Screen Award-nominated singer-songwriter, has been hailed as "a thunderbolt for the soul" by many of his fans and speaking clients. Fluently bilingual in English and French, he is a master at creating experiential environments that inspire connection and foster a shared vision where one may have not existed before.
Jill Heinerth is a Fellow of the International Scuba Diver’s Hall of Fame and serves as the first Explorer-in-Residence for the Royal Canadian Geographical Society. She is the bestselling author of Into the Planet and the subject of a new documentary, Diving into the Darkness

Resort Fee –Rooms are subject to a Resort Fee of 8%.
The Resort Fee includes the following services and amenities:
Parking, WIFI in guest rooms, main Pavilion lobby and restaurants. In room coffee & tea service, mini-fridge and resort shuttle service. Use of all pools and hot tub with towel service. Use of the fitness room, indoor play space, golf practice green, canoes and kayaks, stand-up paddle boards including life jackets. Use of the beach areas, (Non organized group functions) and chaise lounges, hiking trails, tennis courts, basketball hoop and volleyball court(s).
Guestroom rates and resort fee are subject to applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal taxes, taxes are subject to change.
Companions
As in the past companions are welcome. The registration fee for companions covers all meals, key note speakers and the banquet. Since there is a variety of activities provided at the Deerhurst resort we are not planning any additional companion activities.
