Your Executive team has been busy putting together an information packed Agenda encompassing many aspects of our daily business needs. Once again, we are planning sponsor visitations, a variety of concurrent and plenary sessions of interest to all and as in the past have our banquet and entertainment planned for the Tuesday evening.

Early Bird Registration Draw: If you register and paid prior to April 30, 2023, your name will be included in a draw to have your room upgraded to a Junior Suite. (The difference in price will be covered by OMTRA).

(Please note the website will quote $15.95 amenity fee however this is not applicable to our group.) Rates are subject to 7.9% Local Fees and Taxes (LF&T) which includes a $2.00 Municipal Accommodation Tax. The room rate and LF&T are subject to 13% HST.

Rates plus applicable taxes per night is based on single or double occupancy. For triple or quadruple occupancy add $25 per night per person.
